The Punctuation program in this
program set uses the move command to rename a temporary file which, in
turn is used to construct the final portion of the Punctuation
analysis. By default, the FoolProof program does not allow the
"move" program to run.
There are two ways to work around this problem:
FIX 1:
Go into FoolProof and change the option to allow the
"move" command to run for the following directory:
"C:\Program Files\WWB70\wwbtmp"
FIX 2:
-
The WWB team have posted a replacement module,
ctlGrCaP.exe, which replaces the current module of the same name,
located in "C:\Program Files\WWB70\wwbbin" on your computer
-
Download
the ctlGrCaP.exe file. (Click here) (44K)
-
When prompted, save file to "C:\Program
Files\WWB70\wwbbin" on your computer
-
When prompted to replace current file, click on
"Yes."
-
After installation is complete, the next time you go
into Word, the error will not occur. If you have problems with the
Punctuation portion of this analysis set, please let us know at wwbsupport@emo.com;
we'll get back with you to help as soon as possible.
